Join us in the Netherworld for Pokémonstro City – a 4 day celebration of all things Pokémon from March 27th to the 30th. This humble Fortitude Valley gym will be host to live music, markets, gym battles and more! We’ll be running Pokemon food and drinks specials all weekend alongside a retrospective of games from throughout the franchise history.

What do you get when you cross highly trained musicians with obsessively addicted Pokémon fans? A very unproductive rehearsal because they’re all debating the best starter.
Enter: Level Up (Main Theme)! a group of musicians with weird music taste primarily surrounding video games and video game adjacent media, and the chops to play it.
Join these spoony bards™ as they shred through Pokémon tunes from Generation 1 all the way through to new entries in the franchise!
It kicks off on Thursday the 28th of march with festivities from 6pm and Level Up (Main Theme) playing Pokémon Tunes at 8pm. Free entry!

Netherworld Gym Leader Battles + Creator Markets
Join us on Saturday the 29th from midday to battle Netherworld Gym Leaders for a Pokémonstoro Vinyl Sticker by Emetic Art.
Test your skills against Netherworld’s very own “gym leaders” in a series of one on one battles across different genres of Pokemon games and spin-offs to see if you have what it takes to truly be a master! (No equipment required)
In Lost Souls we’ll be hosting a Pokémon and critters artist market featuring art, handmade goods and more from local creators!
It happens from midday to 3pm and also free to join in.
